Over time
A business plan or a financial model can sit within a Foundation mandate when it forms part of creating or structuring the business. On its own, it is a one-off assignment.
What it changes
A structured finance and administrative function, reliable information, and an organisation the leader can rely on.

- 02Performance
- 03Executive direction

Over time
The mandate follows the rhythm of the business: closings, reporting, treasury, performance reviews, forecasts, budgets and the leader’s decisions. An in-house team, an external accountant or a tax adviser already in place stay where they are: Kelya oversees, coordinates and directs above them.
What it changes
The leader sees their performance clearly, anticipates rather than reacts, and works with someone able to challenge their decisions.

What it changes
The leadership has a financial partner able to inform, challenge and support the most structural decisions.
From CHF 15,000 / month
A mandate calibrated to your business.
The level follows from your situation, never from a catalogue.
The scope entrusted to us, the intensity of the direction and the level of responsibility do the rest.
Before we talk
The questions that come up.
Do we have to go through Foundation before Momentum or Legacy?
No. Companies arrive at different stages of maturity, and the recommended mandate matches the actual situation.
What happens to our accountant, our trustee or our finance team?
They stay where they are. Kelya oversees, coordinates and directs above them. We do not replace what already works.
Is the Business Assessment™ a prerequisite?
It is where we begin: it determines the level. It ends with a recommendation, and what follows is yours to decide.
Can the level change along the way?
Yes. A company moves and what is at stake moves with it; the reading is revisited regularly and the mandate follows.
Do two businesses at the same level pay the same?
No. The figure shown is a starting point. The scope entrusted to us, the intensity of the direction and the level of responsibility calibrate it.
Does Kelya decide on the leader’s behalf?
No. We provide the visibility, the structure and the analysis. The decision belongs to the leader.
Does Kelya work beyond finance?
Financial direction is our core discipline. We draw on the organisation, the processes, the people and the governance because they determine performance.
Which one fits your business?
The Business Assessment™ answers that, from what it reveals about your situation.
